Onze klant is een dienstverlener voor de industrie en de chemie. Hun activiteiten situeren zich vooral in tankonderhoud, tankbouw, civiele werken en nog zoveel meer!

Veiligheid, kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid dragen zij heel hoog in het vaandel en ook die waarden willen zij terug vinden in hun medewerkers.

Jobomschrijving

Ben jij een geboren leider die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt? Heb je ervaring in civiele werken binnen de petrochemie en krijg je energie van het aansturen van een team? Dan ben jij misschien de Ploegbaas Civiel die we zoeken!

Als Ploegbaas Civiel ben je het aanspreekpunt op de werf en zorg je samen met je team voor een veilige, kwalitatieve en efficiënte uitvoering van de werken.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van een team van medewerkers.
  • Coördineren van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden en opvolgen van de planning.
  • Zorgen dat materiaal, gereedschappen en middelen tijdig beschikbaar zijn.
  • Toezien op veiligheid, kwaliteit en correcte uitvoering van de werken.
  • Opvolgen van administratieve zaken, zoals keuringsdocumenten en werkregistraties.
  • Signaleren van meerwerken, knelpunten en verbeterpunten.
  • Afstemmen met de werfleiding en andere betrokken partijen.
  • Zelf actief meewerken waar nodig en het goede voorbeeld geven op de werf.

Je werkt mee aan uitdagende projecten in de Antwerpse haven en krijgt de verantwoordelijkheid om samen met je ploeg sterke resultaten neer te zetten. Je wordt mee ingezet op projecten, flexibiliteit is dus noodzakelijk.

  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in civiele werken, waarvan ervaring in een leidinggevende rol.
  • Ervaring binnen de petrochemische sector is een sterke troef.
  • Veiligheid staat bij jou altijd voorop.
  • Je hebt kennis van kwaliteit-, veiligheids- en milieuregels.
  • Je kan vlot werken met MS Office en hebt geen probleem met administratieve opvolging.
  • Je beschikt over een VCA-VOL-certificaat
  • Je hebt een bouwkundige achtergrond
