Heb jij ervaring met dakwerken en neem je graag de leiding op de werf? Kun jij een team dakwerkers motiveren én ervoor zorgen dat het werk kwalitatief wordt uitgevoerd? Ben je op zoek naar een verantwoordelijke functie waarin je zelf ook actief de handen uit de mouwen steekt? Dan is deze vacature als werfleider dakwerken iets voor jou!

Voor een groeiende onderneming binnen de dakwerken zoeken we een werfleider / ploegbaas dakwerken. Je wordt het eerste aanspreekpunt op de werf en staat in voor de dagelijkse aansturing, planning en opvolging van een team dakwerkers.

Als werfleider combineer je leidinggeven, organiseren en meewerken op de werf. Je zorgt ervoor dat je team efficiënt kan werken en dat elk project volgens de afgesproken planning, kwaliteitsnormen en veiligheidsvoorschriften wordt uitgevoerd.

  • Je stuurt dagelijks een team dakwerkers aan en motiveert hen om kwalitatief werk af te leveren.
  • Je maakt de dagelijkse planning op en coördineert de werkzaamheden op de werf.
  • Je volgt de kwaliteit van de dakwerken nauwgezet op.
  • Je waakt over een veilige werkomgeving en ziet toe op het naleven van de veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Je houdt de zaakvoerder op de hoogte van de voortgang, planning en eventuele knelpunten.
  • Je zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie binnen het team en met andere betrokken partijen.
  • Je denkt mee na over oplossingen wanneer zich problemen op de werf voordoen.
  • Je werkt zelf actief mee en bent dus niet bang om ook de handen uit de mouwen te steken.
  • Je hebt al enkele jaren ervaring in dakwerken
  • Je bent klaar om jouw ervaring om te zetten in een leidinggevende functie.
  • Je hebt een geldig rijbewijs B
