Jouw uitdaging

Als Ploegbaas Deuren sta je in voor de vlotte en kwaliteitsvolle uitvoering van projecten. Je neemt een leidinggevende rol op, maar steekt ook zelf de handen uit de mouwen op de werf. De focus ligt voornamelijk op het plaatsen van binnendeuren.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Correct en nauwkeurig plaatsen van binnendeuren volgens de vooropgestelde kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Dagelijks aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van jouw ploeg.
  • Nauw samenwerken met projectleiders, werfleiding en klanten om de werkzaamheden efficiënt te organiseren.
  • Bewaken van de kwaliteit, veiligheid en planning van de toegewezen projecten.
  • Meewerken op de werf en mee zorgen voor een professionele oplevering van elk project.
  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over minstens 5 jaar ervaring in het plaatsen van deuren en hebt de nodige technische kennis opgebouwd in de sector.
  • Je communiceert vlot met collega’s, klanten en leidinggevenden en werkt nauwkeurig met oog voor kwaliteit en detail.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B. Een rijbewijs BE vormt een extra troef.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en georganiseerd, maar blijft flexibel wanneer omstandigheden wijzigen. Je denkt oplossingsgericht en neemt initiatief waar nodig.
  • Je bent een ervaren vakman of een ploegbaas die graag verantwoordelijkheid opneemt, mensen aanstuurt en het beste uit een team weet te halen.
