Functie

Voor onze klant, bouwbedrijf internationaal actief, gaan we op zoek naar een ploegbaas voor tewerkstelling met uitslapen in Duitsland.

Jouw takenpakket als ploegbaas:

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor coördinatie en uitvoering van de verschillende grond- en leidingwerken binnen de energie-projecten.
  • Je leidt de ploeg van ongeveer zo'n 4 personen, motivatie en organisatie van een efficiënte taakverdeling zodat het tijdig en correct uitgevoerd wordt.
  • Registreren van de prestaties van de ploeg via tablet en uitvoeren van Last Minute Risk Assesments.
  • Jij bent schakel tussen ploeg en werfleider en deelt de belangrijke instructies met de ploeg.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat het materieel in je camionette steeds in orde is en dat jouw ploeg goed uitgerust is.
  • Je interpreteert technische plannen en voert het werk kritisch en nauwkeurig uit.
  • Je steekt samen met je ploeg de handen uit de mouwen en je voert diverse grondwerken uit binnen onze leidingprojecten.

Profiel

Dit ben jij als ideale kandidaat ploegbaas:

  • Reeds enkele jaren aantoonbare ervaring als ploegbaas (grondwerken, woningbouw, tuinaanleg, wegenbouw, bekisting..)
  • VCA-VOL attest in het bezit of bereidheid dit te behalen.
  • Technische kennis, je kan zonder probleem planlezen.
  • Zeer goede kennis Nederlands, ook kan je je vlot uitdrukken in Engels of Frans.
  • Rijbewijs B.
  • Hands-on ingesteldheid, meewerken en motiveren op de werkvloer is jouw ding.
  • Ervaring in grondwerken.
