Heb jij een hart voor elektrotechniek, stroomt leiderschap door jouw aderen en neem je graag het voortouw op de werf? Bij Actief Construct zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven en enthousiaste ploegbaas elektriciteit! Als rechterhand van de projectleider ben jij de drijvende kracht op de werf die elk elektrotechnisch project naar een hoger niveau tilt.

Wat ga je doen? In deze uitdagende en leidinggevende functie ben jij de spilfiguur op de werf binnen het segment van de industriële en tertiaire elektriciteit:

  • Je leidt je team van elektriciens met enthousiasme op de werf en zorgt voor een geweldige, motiverende werksfeer.
  • Je draagt samen met de projectleider de verantwoordelijkheid voor de technische uitvoering en een vlekkeloze voortgang van het project.
  • Je bewaakt de dagelijkse planning, pakt de nodige werfadministratie op en zorgt dat al het materiaal en materieel op rolletjes loopt.
  • Je bijt je vast in uitdagende en omvangrijke projecten (zoals kantoorpanden, industriële hallen en openbare gebouwen) waar je enkele maanden tot een jaar aan bouwt.
  • Je bewaakt streng de veiligheidsnormen en de kwaliteit van de uitgevoerde elektrische installaties.
  • 5 tot 10 jaar werkervaring als ploegbaas is een must
  • Diploma elektriciteit op zak
  • Je kan goed overweg met de computer
  • Je hebt volgende attesten: VCA, hoogtewerker en BA5
  • Je hebt een rijbewijs B
