Als Ploegbaas Werfinstallaties ben je verantwoordelijk voor de operationele aansturing van de werfinstallatieploeg van BEMS (Besix Equipments Maintenance Services).

Je zorgt ervoor dat elektrische en sanitaire werfinstallaties bij BESIX-projecten tijdig, correct, veilig en kostenbewust worden uitgevoerd.

Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor werfleiders binnen deze scope en vormt de schakel tussen kantoor en de arbeidersploeg op het terrein.

Kerntaken

Planning & coördinatie

  • Stelt een rollende 2-weken planning op voor de ploeg van 4 personen en houdt deze up-to-date Stemt af met de equipment engineers over aankomende werven Signaleert capaciteitsknelpunten tijdig aan de Manager Internal Services

Voorbereiding & site visits

  • Voert samen met de equipment engineer een site visit uit vóór aanvang van werken, om de scope te vertalen naar een uitvoerbare planning Bepaalt benodigd materiaal en signaleert bestellingen tijdig aan de yard Vertaalt de scope naar duidelijke werkinstructies voor de ploeg

Aansturing van de ploeg

  • Leidt de ploeg van 4 personen operationeel aan, zowel op werf als vanuit BEMS Geeft technische instructies, ziet toe op kwaliteit, planning en veiligheid Bewaakt een constructieve werksfeer: heldere instructies, korte opvolging, respectvolle feedback Cross-inzetbaarheid met onderhoud: de onderhoudstechniekers staan onder de Maintenance Supervisor, maar de teams werken wederzijds ondersteunend. De ploegbaas stelt zijn mannen beschikbaar aan onderhoud bij pieken op de yard, en kan omgekeerd rekenen op onderhoudsprofielen bij pieken op werf.

Uitvoering & technische expertise

  • Werkt zelf mee op werf bij complexere ingrepen: elektriciteit laagspanning, werfstroom, verdeelborden, tijdelijke sanitair, waterafvoer Fungeert als eerste aanspreekpunt voor technische vragen vanuit werven binnen zijn scope Rapporteert afwijkingen, schade of vertragingen tijdig en schriftelijk terug aan de administratie en de Manager Internal Services

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Technische bagage (must)

  • Aantoonbare ervaring in werfinstallaties: elektriciteit laagspanning, werfstroom, verdeelborden, tijdelijke sanitair, waterafvoer/riolering. Kennis van BA4/BA5 — of bereid dit op korte termijn te behalen. VCA-basis (VOL is een plus). Rijbewijs B verplicht; BE is een plus.

Organisatie & administratie (must)

  • Digitaal vaardig: Outlook en Excel. In staat om een schriftelijke rollende 2-weken planning op te maken en te onderhouden. Kan bestellingen voorbereiden en administratief opvolgen.

Communicatie & leiderschap (must)

  • Stuurt zijn ploeg op een rustige, professionele en constructieve manier aan. Communiceert proactief en schriftelijk met werfleiders, equipment engineers en collega's op kantoor, zodat afspraken traceerbaar zijn. Werkt vanuit een teamlogica binnen BEMS: geen silo's tussen werfinstallaties en onderhoud.

Talen

  • Nederlands- of Franstalig, met een goede notie van de andere landstaal.
