Als ploegbaas elektriciteit stuur je dagelijks de uitvoering van de werken op de werf aan.

  • Je stuurt een team elektriciens aan en begeleidt hen tijdens de uitvoering van de werken.
  • Je plant, coördineert en volgt de werkzaamheden op de werf op.
  • Je werkt mee aan onderhouds- en elektriciteitswerken aan verlichtingsinstallaties.
  • Je ziet toe op kwaliteit, veiligheid en de correcte uitvoering van de werken.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor collega’s, de werfleider en de klant.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor de functie van ploegbaas elektriciteit zoeken we een ervaren elektricien met leidinggevende capaciteiten.

  • Nederlands goed kunnen lezen en schrijven
  • Minimum 3-5j ervaring voor dezelfde functie
  • In staat zijn om technische schema’s digitaal op te maken of aan te passen.
  • Overweg kunnen met autocad
  • Basiskennis van sturingen (KNX in het bijzonder)
  • Leidinggevende capaciteiten
  • Organisatorisch talent om projecten vlot en kwaliteitsvol te laten verlopen
  • Een teamgerichte houding, verantwoordelijkheidszin en het vermogen om collega’s te motiveren
