The posting

  • Samen met een team toffe collega’s sta je in voor de plaatsing van de volledige elektrische installaties in grote en middelgrote nieuwbouwprojecten.
  • De mooie projecten waar je aan meewerkt zijn onder meer van industriële aard, ziekenhuizen, rusthuizen, kantoorgebouwen, grote appartementsblokken... Geen uitdaging is ons te groot!
  • Je vertoeft, afhankelijk van de omvang van het project enkele maanden tot een jaar op dezelfde werf.
  • Je neemt het voortouw en draagt naast de projectleider mee de verantwoordelijkheid over het project. Hiervoor bekijk je de plannen kritisch, durf je technische oplossingen in vraag te stellen, stuur je het werk in goede banen, waak je over de planning...
  • Ook het aansturen van enkele collega’s van AEW en de onderaannemers op de werf is part of the job.
  • De werven zijn gelegen in Limburg, Vlaams-Brabant, Antwerpen (tot aan de tunnel) en Brussel. AEW heeft zich regionaal georganiseerd, dus het niet de bedoeling dat je het ganse land doorkruist.
  • Je hebt een diploma elektriciteit op zak en kijkt terug op minstens 5 tot 10 jaar relevante werkervaring als ploegbaas.
  • Je bent vlot en assertief in je communicatie.
  • Je bent gemotiveerd en gedreven om het voortouw te nemen op een werf.
  • Administratieve taken zijn voor jou niet nieuw. Je kan vlot met de computer werken en ook enkele administratieve taken opnemen (bestellingen plaatsen, mailverkeer, planning)
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer die met iedereen kan samenwerken.
  • Kwaliteit is voor jou belangrijk en je maakt veel gebruik van jouw aangeboren portie kritisch denkvermogen en gezond verstand
  • Volgende attesten zijn nodig voor de vlotte uitoefening van de functie: VCA-attest, hoogtewerker, BA5
