Ben jij een ervaren elektricien die graag de leiding neemt op de werf? Voor een groeiend technisch bedrijf zoeken we een ploegbaas elektriciteit die zijn ploeg kan aansturen én zelf graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt.

🔧 Wat ga je doen?

Als ploegbaas ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van jouw ploeg op de werf. Je werkt nauw samen met de projectleiders en steekt zelf actief de handen uit de mouwen.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

Bordenbouw en elektrische installaties

Domotica en verlichting

Brandinstallaties en camerabewaking

Opvolgen en controleren van de kwaliteit op de werf

Aansturen, motiveren en ondersteunen van je eigen ploeg

Vlotte communicatie met klanten, collega's en andere partijen op de werf

Je werkt mee aan uiteenlopende projecten: van scholen en rusthuizen tot indrukwekkende historische gebouwen zoals kerken en kathedralen. Geen dag is dus hetzelfde!

Je hebt een technische opleiding elektriciteit gevolgd

Je hebt sterke technische kennis en een goed technisch inzicht

Ervaring als ploegbaas is een mooie plus

Je hebt een echte passie voor elektriciteit

Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B

Je kan een ploeg op een duidelijke en motiverende manier aansturen

Je hebt een goede werkattitude en neemt verantwoordelijkheid
