Takenpakket:

  • In deze rol neem jij het voortouw bij de dagelijkse aansturing en technische opvolging van de operationele werkzaamheden op locatie.
  • Je coördineert de dagelijkse planning van de techniekers en onderaannemers op de werf, zodat de werkzaamheden structureel vorderen.
  • Samen met de projectleiding analyseer je de technische uitvoeringsplannen en zorg je voor een correcte materiaalvoorziening op de werfsite.
  • Je bewaakt nauwgezet de kwaliteit van de uitgevoerde elektrotechnische installaties en stuurt bij waar technische afwijkingen dreigen te ontstaan.
  • Tijdens de realisatie treed je op als het eerste aanspreekpunt voor operationele vragen van zowel de klant als het eigen uitvoeringsteam.
  • Als Werfleider elektriciteit controleer je strikt de naleving van de veiligheidsvoorschriften om een risicovrije werkomgeving te garanderen.

Profiel:

  • Een achtergrond in elektrotechniek via een diploma elektriciteit/elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig door relevante praktijkervaring.
  • Ervaring met het aansturen van teams of werfcoördinatie binnen de tertiaire of industriële sector vormt een grote troef voor deze Werfleider elektriciteit.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als een oplossingsgerichte communicator die daadkrachtig beslissingen neemt op de werf.
  • Grondige kennis van de geldende veiligheidsnormen (VCA) om risico's op de werkvloer correct in te schatten.
