Ploegbaas montage

Ben jij een ervaren monteur die klaar is om een stap vooruit te zetten in zijn carrière? Beschik jij over natuurlijk leiderschap en haal je energie uit het behalen van tastbare resultaten met je team? Dan ben jij misschien de meewerkend ploegbaas die wij zoeken!

Voor de montage van prefabstructuren zoeken wij een ploegbaas die samen met zijn team van 3 à 4 monteurs elke dag mee bouwt aan stevige en duurzame constructies.

Wat ga je doen?

In deze functie combineer je leidinggeven met actief meewerken op de werf. Jij zorgt ervoor dat het werk veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning verloopt. Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Het coachen en aansturen van je ploeg
  • Het lezen en vertalen van technische plannen en werfinstructies
  • Het organiseren van de werkzaamheden volgens planning en prioriteiten
  • Het uitvoeren van maatcontroles met een laser of niveaumeter
  • Toezicht houden op veiligheid, kwaliteit en netheid op de werf
  • Het opvolgen en terugkoppelen van de voortgang aan de projectleiding
  • Zelf meewerken en het voorbeeld geven aan je team

Wat breng jij mee?

We zoeken een ploegbaas met verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en oog voor samenwerking. Jij bent iemand die:

  • Ervaring heeft met montage van prefabstructuren (staal, beton, panelen, …)
  • Technische plannen kan lezen en vertalen naar de praktijk
  • Logisch, nauwkeurig en planmatig werkt
  • Helder en duidelijk communiceert met collega’s en partners op de werf
  • Vertrouwd is met het werken met een laser/niveaumeter
  • Zelfstandig én motiverend kan optreden
  • Een geldig VCA-attest bezit (of bereid is dit te behalen)
  • Flexibel is qua werktijden en bereid is te overnachten op verplaatsing indien nodig
  • In het bezit is van rijbewijs B (C is een pluspunt)
  • De Nederlandse taal vlot beheerst
