Ben jij een ervaren ruwbouwvakman met leidinggevende capaciteiten? Neem jij graag de verantwoordelijkheid op de werf en zorg je ervoor dat alles vlot en kwalitatief verloopt?

Voor een bouwbedrijf zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren ploegbaas ruwbouw die een team kan aansturen en tegelijk zelf de handen uit de mouwen steekt.

Als ploegbaas ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse organisatie op de werf. Je stuurt je collega's aan, bewaakt de planning en zorgt ervoor dat de werken veilig, efficiënt en volgens de afgesproken kwaliteitsnormen worden uitgevoerd.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je staat in voor de dagelijkse leiding en aansturing van een ploeg ruwbouwarbeiders.
  • Je organiseert en coördineert de werkzaamheden op de werf.
  • Je werkt zelf actief mee aan verschillende ruwbouwwerken.
  • Je voert onder andere metselwerken, bekistingswerken en betonwerken uit.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit en zorgt ervoor dat de werken volgens planning verlopen.
  • Je ziet toe op een veilige manier van werken en spreekt collega's hier indien nodig op aan.
  • Je overlegt regelmatig met de werfleider en andere betrokken partijen.
  • Je denkt mee op de werf en weet praktische problemen zelfstandig op te lossen.
  • Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring binnen de ruwbouw.
  • Je bent een geboren leider en weet een team te motiveren en te begeleiden.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en durft beslissingen te nemen op de werf.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B. Een rijbewijs BE is een pluspunt.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands. Kennis van Engels of Frans is mooi meegenomen.
