Wat ga je doen?

In deze rol combineer je praktisch groenwerk met het aansturen van een klein team. Je zorgt ervoor dat parken, bermen en andere groene zones er verzorgd en veilig bij liggen. Samen met je collega’s werk je aan kwaliteit en efficiëntie in het groenonderhoud.

- Organiseren en coördineren van het dagelijkse groenonderhoud op diverse locaties - Aansturen van een team van 2 tot 5 medewerkers en zelf actief meewerken op de werf - Uitvoeren van machinale onderhoudswerken, zoals bosmaaien - Bewaken van veiligheid, kwaliteit en efficiëntie tijdens de werkzaamheden - Samenwerken met de depotverantwoordelijke voor het juiste materiaal en de benodigde machines - Besturen van de bestelwagen en vervoeren van het team naar verschillende werven - Rapporteren aan de projectleider en afstemmen van planning en voortgang

Je werkt bij een specialist in het onderhoud van openbare en private groenzones. Je krijgt de kans om dagelijks zichtbaar resultaat te leveren en een team te begeleiden in een praktische buitenomgeving.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je beschikt over een eerste professionele ervaring in de groensecteur.
  • Je hebt ervaring als ploegbaas, een vergelijkbare functie of als zelfstandige.
  • Je bent een vroege vogel.
  • Fysiek werk schrikt je niet af.
  • Je leeft de veiligheidsnormen strict na.
  • Je bent iemand die werkt ziet en de leiding neemt.

Opleiding: Geen specifieke vereisten

Vakkennis: Groenonderhoud

Talenkennis: Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en/of Frans.

Attesten: Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B(E). VCA attest
