Wat ga je doen?

Leidinggeven aan teams en zelf meewerken aan het onderhoud van openbare groenzones in een buitenomgeving.

In deze functie combineer je praktisch groenonderhoud met het aansturen van een team op verschillende locaties. Bij onze klant werk je buiten aan bermen langs autosnelwegen, parken, gazons en sportvelden. Je zorgt voor een efficiënte planning, een veilige werkomgeving en een zichtbaar kwalitatief resultaat. Daarnaast beheer je seizoensgebonden taken zoals winterdienst en hakselwerken.

- Taken verdelen en werk organiseren binnen je team - Dagelijkse coördinatie van werkzaamheden op diverse werven - Nauwgezet opvolgen van planning en Voortgang - Actief meewerken aan het onderhoud van openbare groenzones - Seizoensopdrachten opvolgen, zoals winterdienst en hakselwerken - Registreren van gewerkte uren en taken via iPad - Toezien op veiligheid, orde en kwaliteit op de werf - Rapporteren aan een ervaren leidinggevende en je leidinggevende vaardigheden verder ontwikkelen

Talenkennis: Nederlands, zowel gesproken als geschreven.

Attesten: Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B(E). VCA attest
