Wat ga je doen?

Leidinggeven aan groenonderhoud met zichtbare resultaten in de buitenlucht.

Als ploegbaas groene ruimtes geef je leiding aan het onderhoud van bermen, parken, gazons en sportvelden. Je organiseert en verdeelt de dagelijkse taken, werkt mee in het groen en zorgt dat alles veilig en verzorgd verloopt. Zo zie je direct het resultaat van jouw inzet en dat van je team.

- Taken verdelen en organiseren binnen het team - Dagelijkse werkzaamheden coördineren op verschillende locaties - Voortgang bewaken en planning opvolgen - Actief meewerken aan onderhoud van openbare groenzones - Seizoensopdrachten zoals winterdienst en hakselwerken opvolgen - Gewerkte uren en taken registreren via iPad - Toezien op veiligheid, orde en kwaliteit op de werf - Samen met het team zorgen voor nette en veilige buitenruimtes - Ruimte om je leiderschapsvaardigheden te ontwikkelen

Je werkt bij een van onze klanten buiten aan verschillende groene locaties langs wegen en in parken. Je rapporteert aan een ervaren leidinggevende en krijgt de kans om je team te laten groeien en te sturen. Zo combineer je praktisch werk met leidinggeven in een heldere en afwisselende rol.

Wie ben jij?

Opleiding: Er zijn geen opleidingsvereisten voor deze functie.

Vakkennis: Je hebt reeds ervaring opgedaan in een leidinggevende functie. Je hebt een eerste ervaring in de groensector.

Talenkennis: Nederlands, zowel gesproken als geschreven.

Attesten: Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B(E). VCA attest
