Wat ga je doen?

Leidinggeven aan een team in het groenonderhoud en actief meewerken aan verzorgde buitenruimtes.

In deze rol combineer je praktisch buitenwerk met het aansturen van een team dat verantwoordelijk is voor het onderhoud van zowel openbare als private groenzones. Je zorgt voor een goede organisatie en uitvoering van de werkzaamheden zodat alles soepel verloopt.

- Organiseren en coördineren van het dagelijkse groenonderhoud op de werf - Aansturen van een team van 2 tot 5 medewerkers en zelf actief meewerken - Uitvoeren van machinaal onderhoud - Bewaken van veiligheid, kwaliteit en efficiëntie tijdens de werkzaamheden - Zorgen voor het juiste materiaal en machines in samenwerking met de depotverantwoordelijke - Besturen van de bestelwagen en vervoeren van het team naar verschillende werven - Rapporteren aan de projectleider en afstemmen van de planning

Je werkt bij een specialist in het onderhoud van groenzones en draagt zo bij aan veilige en verzorgde buitenruimtes. Je krijgt de kans om leiding te geven en zelf mee te werken, waardoor je direct resultaat ziet van je inzet.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je beschikt over een eerste professionele ervaring in de groensecteur.
  • Je hebt ervaring als ploegbaas, een vergelijkbare functie of als zelfstandige.
  • Je bent een vroege vogel.
  • Fysiek werk schrikt je niet af.
  • Je leeft de veiligheidsnormen strict na.
  • Je bent iemand die werkt ziet en de leiding neemt.

Opleiding: Geen specifieke vereisten

Vakkennis: Groenonderhoud

Talenkennis: Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en/of Frans.

Attesten: Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B(E). VCA attest
