Over het bedrijf Onze organisatie is al meer dan 50 jaar actief in de aanleg en het onderhoud van zowel openbare als private groene ruimtes. Met meer dan 800 medewerkers zetten we ons dagelijks in om de leefomgeving aangenamer te maken, met oog voor ecologie en duurzame ontwikkeling.

Functieomschrijving Als ploegbaas ben je verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren van het werk op de werf en het verdelen van de taken onder je collega’s. Je dagelijkse taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Het eerlijk verdelen van taken.
  • Bewaken van de voortgang van de werf.
  • Zelf meewerken waar nodig.
  • Registreren van uren via een iPad.

PROFIEL

We zoeken iemand die:

  • Interesse of ervaring heeft in de groensector.
  • Zelfstandig kan werken.
  • Fysiek werk niet schuwt.
  • In het bezit is van een rijbewijs B.
  • Werk ziet en initiatief neemt.
  • Vroege starts tussen 6u en 7u geen probleem vindt.
