FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Ben jij een ervaren ploegbaas in de groensector met een passie voor duurzaam en ecologisch groenbeheer? Dan hebben wij de perfecte job voor jou!

Je komt terecht in een bedrijf dat gespecialiseerd is in het aanleggen en onderhouden van groene ruimtes, waar teamwork, kwaliteit en duurzaamheid centraal staan.

Takenpakket

Als ploegbaas groenonderhoud ben jij de drijvende kracht achter een enthousiast team dat zorgt voor het onderhoud en de vernieuwing van verschillende campussen en groenzones.

Je takenpakket is veelzijdig en omvat onder andere:

  • Onderhoud en aanleg van groene ruimtes;
  • Onthardingswerken en beplantingsprojecten;
  • Aanplant van bomen en aanleg van graszones;
  • Allround ondersteuning bij uiteenlopende groenprojecten.

Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor de organisatie en opvolging op de werf:

  • Je verdeelt de taken eerlijk binnen het team;
  • Je bewaakt de voortgang van de werken;
  • Je werkt actief mee op het terrein;
  • Je registreert de gewerkte uren via iPad

PROFIEL

Wie ben jij?

  • Diploma technisch of beroepsonderwijs tuinbouw (niveau A2);
  • Minstens 2 jaar ervaring in de groensector, bij voorkeur met ecologisch groenbeheer;
  • Rijbewijs BE is vereist;
  • Je bent zelfstandig, communicatief en weet je team te motiveren;
  • Je beschikt over praktische kennis om uiteenlopende taken in tuin- en groenbeheer te plannen en uit te voeren.
