Ben jij een dakwerker in hart en nieren met minstens 10 jaar ervaring op de teller? Heb jij de goesting om een team aan te sturen en samen tot grote hoogte te stijgen? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Bij Vivaldis geloven we: "Werk is wat je ervan maakt!". En voor deze topklant in Zoersel maken we er een echt succesverhaal van.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Als ploegbaas ben jij de kapitein van het dak. Je leidt je collega's met de glimlach en zorgt dat elk project (voornamelijk hellende daken, maar ook platte daken) vlekkeloos verloopt.
  • Het echte werk: Je plaatst isolatie alsof het niets is en brandt roofing met uiterste precisie.
  • Leiderschap: Je stuurt je team aan, verdeelt de taken en bewaart het overzicht. 🤝
  • Zelfstandigheid: Je trekt je plan. Heb je een technisch probleem? Jij ziet de oplossing al voor je.

  • Je bent een zeer ervaren dakwerker
  • Je hebt uitgebreide kennis hellende daken. 🧐
  • Je bent communicatief sterk
  • Je spreekt zeer goed Nederlands
  • Je werkt steeds volgens de veiligheidsnormen. 👷

Wie ben jij?

  • Ervaring: Je hebt minimaal 10 jaar ervaring in de dakwerken. Je kent de knepen van het vak en de daken hebben geen geheimen meer voor jou. 🧐
  • Skills: Hellende daken zijn je specialiteit, maar je draait je hand ook niet om voor een plat dak.
  • Mentaliteit: Je bent een aanpakker met een gezonde dosis verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel. "Klagen" staat niet in jouw woordenboek, "knallen" wel!
  • Teamplayer: Je bent de lijm die het team bij elkaar houdt en je vindt het fijn om jouw kennis over te dragen aan je collega’s. 🤝
