Wat ga je doen?

Stuur de werken op de werf aan en werk zelf mee met ultrahogedrukinstallaties tot 2500 bar. Jij combineert vakmanschap met verantwoordelijkheid.

Je gaat aan de slag bij Renotec, specialist in renovatie en restauratie van gebouwen en infrastructuur. Vakmanschap, innovatie en veiligheid staan centraal. Je werkt binnen een groeiende organisatie waar samenwerking, kwaliteit en ontwikkeling belangrijk zijn.

Als ploegbaas neem je de leiding over een ploeg van twee en werk je zelf actief mee. Met ultrahoge druk reinigen en bewerken jullie betonconstructies op uiteenlopende werven. Jij bewaakt de planning, veiligheid en kwaliteit en zorgt dat het werk vlot en correct verloopt.

-Je stuurt je collega aan en verdeelt de werkzaamheden op de werf.

-Je werkt zelf actief mee en bedient hogedrukinstallaties met een druk tot 2500 bar.

-Je reinigt beton en verwijdert beschadigde of versleten betondelen.

-Je bereidt betonconstructies voor op verdere renovatie- en herstelwerken.

-Je organiseert de opbouw en afbraak van de installaties op de werf.

-Je zorgt ervoor dat materiaal en machines correct en veilig worden gebruikt.

-Je volgt de veiligheids- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften nauwgezet op en ziet erop toe dat je collega hetzelfde doet.

-Je bewaakt de voortgang van de werkzaamheden en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor een correcte uitvoering.

-Je werkt op infrastructuurprojecten zoals bruggen, tunnels, parkings, gebouwen en grote rioleringen.

-Je verplaatst je naar verschillende werven in functie van de geplande projecten.

Wie ben jij?

Je hebt bij voorkeur relevante ervaring in de bouwsector.

Ervaring met hogedrukreiniging of betonherstel is een sterke troef.

Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.

Je hebt technisch inzicht en kan veilig met machines en materiaal omgaan.

Je kan een collega aansturen, duidelijke afspraken maken en het overzicht op de werf bewaren.

Je bent fysiek in staat om actief en intensief werk uit te voeren.

Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor de kwaliteit en veiligheid van de werkzaamheden.

Je werkt graag buiten en bent flexibel om op verschillende werven aan de slag te gaan.

Je werkt zelfstandig, maar hecht tegelijk veel belang aan een goede samenwerking.

Je denkt praktisch, neemt initiatief en zoekt naar oplossingen wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt.

Je bent in het bezit van een VCA-attest of je bent bereidt dit voor opstart te behalen

: Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.

Een VCA-attest is een plus. Heb je dit nog niet, dan ben je bereid dit vóór opstart via Asap te behalen.

- Opleidingsvereisten:

Een opleiding in de bouw is een plus. Relevante ervaring is belangrijker.

- Vakkennis:

Vakkennis: Je hebt ervaring in de bouwsector. Ervaring met ultrahogedrukreiniging of betonherstel, zandstralen is een sterke troef, maar geen vereiste.

- Talenkennis:

Goede kennis van het Nederlands.
