Voor een toonaangevende speler in de regio Wevelgem zoeken we een ploegbaas HVAC. Dit bedrijf is een Europese marktleider binnen de wereld van energiezuinige en milieuvriendelijke installaties. Van ontwerp tot uitvoering en onderhoud, elk project wordt volledig in eigen beheer opgevolgd. Hun expertise reikt over meerdere domeinen heen: elektriciteit, HVAC, automatisatie en meer. Dankzij die brede technische kennis kunnen ze hun klanten begeleiden in elk stadium van het proces. Met meer dan 10 vestigingen en ruim 50.000 medewerkers verspreid over Europa, behoort dit bedrijf tot de absolute top van de sector. Hun jaarlijkse omzet van zo’n 8 miljard euro zegt genoeg over hun slagkracht en ambitie. Om dat succes verder te versterken, zoekt deze topspeler een meewerkend ploegbaas HVAC die het voortouw neemt op de werf.

Als meewerkend werfleider ben jij het aanspreekpunt op de werf en hou je het hoofd koel bij elke uitdaging.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als ploegbaas waak je over het vlotte verloop van de werf en fungeert als eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en projectmanager
  • Je stuurt HVAC-monteurs en onderaannemers aan met een duidelijk plan en motiverende aanpak
  • Coördineert de dagelijkse werkzaamheden in nauwe samenwerking met collega’s uit verschillende disciplines
  • Bewaakt de planning, veiligheid en kwaliteit op de werf met oog voor detail en efficiëntie
  • Zorgt ervoor dat elk project wordt opgeleverd met een topafwerking waar iedereen trots op kan zijn
  • Bij voorkeur genoot je een A2-diploma in HVAC of Sanitair én heb je een gelijkwaardige ervaring opgebouwd in het vak
  • Je beschikt over een natuurlijk leiderschap en haalt energie uit het aansturen van jouw vaste team doorheen de werkdag.
  • Verantwoordelijkheid schrikt je niet af, je behoudt het overzicht en blijft koel onder druk
  • Sterke Nederlandse kennis omwille van veiligheid & communicatie
