Onze klant is een gevestigde en groeiende speler binnen de HVAC-sector, gespecialiseerd in onderhoud, herstellingen en installaties van verwarmings-, ventilatie-, airconditioning- en duurzame energiesystemen.

Om de verdere groei van de activiteiten te ondersteunen, zijn wij op zoek naar een Ploegbaas HVAC.

In deze functie combineer je jouw technische expertise met leidinggevende verantwoordelijkheden. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse organisatie van de werkzaamheden, begeleidt techniekers op de baan en ziet erop toe dat alle interventies kwalitatief, veilig en volgens planning worden uitgevoerd.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Dagelijkse aansturing en begeleiding van een team HVAC-techniekers.
  • Organiseren en opvolgen van onderhouds-, herstellings- en installatieopdrachten.
  • Ondersteunen van techniekers bij complexe technische interventies.
  • Uitvoeren van preventief en curatief onderhoud aan verwarmingsinstallaties, warmtepompen en HVAC-installaties wanneer nodig.
  • Opsporen en oplossen van complexe technische storingen.
  • Waken over de kwaliteit van de uitgevoerde werken.
  • Toezien op een correcte naleving van de veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor klanten, collega's en interne diensten.
  • Coachen en opleiden van nieuwe medewerkers.
  • Rapporteren over de voortgang van de werkzaamheden en signaleren van verbeterpunten.
  • Actief bijdragen aan een efficiënte planning en optimale klantentevredenheid.

Technische opleiding in HVAC, elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

Ervaring als ploegbaas, teamleader of werfleider is een sterke troef.

Goede kennis van verwarmingsinstallaties, warmtepompen en HVAC-systemen.

Sterke organisatorische en leidinggevende vaardigheden.

Klantgerichte en oplossingsgerichte ingesteldheid.

Goede basiskennis elektriciteit.

In het bezit van een Cedicol-certificaat en minimaal G1. Een koeltechnisch certificaat (Categorie I) is een belangrijke troef.

Vlotte kennis van het Nederlands; kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.

In het bezit van een rijbewijs B.

Stressbestendig, kwaliteitsbewust en communicatief sterk.
