  • Aansturen en begeleiden van een team monteurs op verschillende werven

  • Je hebt relevante ervaring als HVAC-monteur of ploegbaas
  • Je beschikt over leidinggevende capaciteiten
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt aandacht voor kwaliteit
  • Je hebt technische kennis van HVAC-systemen (verwarming, ventilatie, airco)
  • Je bent communicatief en klantgericht
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en hebt een probleemoplossende instelling
  • Je bent stressbestendig en flexibel
  • Je hebt een VCA-diploma of bent bereid dit te behalen
  • Je bezit een rijbewijs B
