De afdeling Building Solutions Projects van SPIE Belgium is gespecialiseerd in het realiseren van HVAC installaties in complexe gebouwen, zoals ziekenhuizen, industriegebouwen, datacenters en kantoorgebouwen. Vanuit een sterke focus op kwaliteit, samenwerking en duurzaamheid werken we aan uitdagende HVAC projecten waar vakmanschap en coördinatie centraal staan.

Als ploegbaas ben jij de schakel tussen de projectleider en het team op de werf. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt van de uitvoering tot de coördinatie van de werken bij de opdrachtgever. Dit doe je volgens de richtlijnen van de betrokken projectleider.

Concreet wil dat zeggen:

  • Leidinggeven aan de medewerkers en onderaannemers op de werf
  • Interpreteren van plannen en deze vertalen naar de praktijk
  • Uitgevoerde werken opvolgen en bijsturen
  • Verzorgen van de communicatie met de projectleider, de opdrachtgever en/of het studiebureel
  • Samen met de projectleider zorgen voor het ter beschikking stellen van de nodige mensen en middelen
  • Indien nodig werk je mee met je medewerkers op de werf

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt technische opleiding gevolgd of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt al ervaring opgedaan in de sector HVAC
  • Je kan planlezen
  • Je kan zelfstandig en georganiseerd werken en kan leiding geven aan anderen
  • Autogeen of TIG lassen is een pluspunt
