Een van onze klanten is op zoek naar een Ploegbaas HVAC om hun team te versterken. In deze rol ben jij de sleutelfiguur op de werf en zorg je ervoor dat HVAC-projecten van begin tot eind vlot en efficiënt verlopen. Je geeft leiding aan je team, coördineert de werkzaamheden en zorgt voor de implementatie van HVAC-installaties volgens de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen.   • Leidinggeven en Coördineren: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van je team op de werf. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles op schema ligt en je stuurt zowel monteurs als onderaannemers aan.
  • Installatie en Montage: Je werkt actief mee aan de uitvoering van HVAC- en sanitaire installaties volgens technische plannen en schema’s, waaronder leidingwerk en afvoerinstallaties.
  • Kwaliteitsbewaking: Je garandeert dat alle werkzaamheden voldoen aan de afgesproken kwaliteitsnormen en technische voorschriften.
  • Oplevering en Planning: Je zorgt voor een tijdige en correcte oplevering van projecten, bewaakt de voortgang en werkt nauw samen met de projectleider om de planning te realiseren.
  • Opvolging van Resultaten: Je houdt de prestaties en rendementen van het team in de gaten en stuurt bij waar nodig om de gewenste resultaten te behalen.
  • Een technische opleiding (bij voorkeur HVAC, sanitair of verwarming) of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Grondige kennis van HVAC-installaties en technieken.
  • Ervaring in het lezen van technische plannen en het begrijpen van technische voorschriften en kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Een hands-on mentaliteit en het vermogen om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen.
  • Ervaring met leidinggeven aan een team en het coördineren van werkzaamheden op de werf.
  • Bij voorkeur een VCA-attest of de bereidheid om deze te behalen.
