Jobomschrijving

Als ploegbaas HVAC regio Leuven of regio Geel stuur je dagelijks een team van monteurs en onderaannemers aan op de werf.

Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Aansturen van medewerkers en onderaannemers op de werf
  • Interpreteren van technische plannen en vertalen naar de praktijk
  • Opvolgen en bijsturen van uitgevoerde werken
  • Communiceren met de projectleider, opdrachtgever en studiebureaus
  • Mee zorgen voor de juiste planning van mensen en materiaal
  • Toezien op kwaliteit, veiligheid en correcte uitvoering van de werken
  • Indien nodig meewerken met het team op de werf
  • Coördineren van HVAC-installaties binnen grotere technische projecten

Voor deze vacature zoekt onze klant een ervaren HVAC-profiel met leidinggevende capaciteiten en technisch inzicht voor regio Leuven of regio Geel.

  • Je hebt ervaring binnen HVAC of gebouwtechnieken
