Jobomschrijving

Als ploegbaas HVAC in Geel ben jij het aanspreekpunt op de werf en zorg je ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt. In nauwe samenwerking met de projectleider stuur je de uitvoering van de HVAC-werken aan en bewaak je kwaliteit, timing én teamspirit.

Wat maakt jouw rol zo boeiend?

  • Je organiseert en coördineert de dagelijkse werkzaamheden op de werf en houdt de voortgang scherp in het oog
  • Je geeft leiding aan je team en stuurt onderaannemers aan tijdens de HVAC-installaties
  • Samen met de projectleider stem je planning, bezetting en materiaal af en volg je dit op de werf
  • Je onderhoudt een vlotte communicatie met projectleider, klant en/of studiebureau
  • Je leest technische plannen en steekt zelf ook de handen uit de mouwen wanneer dat nodig is

Kortom: jij combineert leidinggeven, organiseren en technisch inzicht en bent trots op het resultaat dat je samen met je team neerzet.
