Als meewerkende Ploegbaas HVAC combineer je technische expertise met leidinggeven. Je bent de schakel tussen de projectleider en het team op de werf en zorgt ervoor dat alles veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning verloopt.

  • Je stuurt medewerkers en onderaannemers aan op de werf.
  • Je leest technische plannen en zet deze om naar de uitvoering op de werf.
  • Je volgt de uitgevoerde werken op en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je communiceert met de projectleider, opdrachtgever en het studiebureau.
  • Je zorgt samen met de projectleider voor de nodige mensen, materialen en middelen.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de uitgevoerde werken.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de veiligheidsvoorschriften worden nageleefd.
  • Je werkt actief mee op de werf.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Heb je ervaring binnen HVAC en neem je graag de leiding op de werf? Dan ben jij misschien de Ploegbaas HVAC die onze klant zoekt.

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding gevolgd of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen de HVAC-sector.
  • Je kan technische plannen lezen en interpreteren.
  • Je hebt kennis van HVAC-installaties en werfuitvoering.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met autogeen of TIG-lassen.
  • Je beschikt over een goede technische kennis en werkt oplossingsgericht.
