Voor een professionele speler actief in duurzame HVAC en sanitaire oplossingen zoeken we een Ploegbaas HVAC & Sanitair die instaat voor een vlotte en kwaliteitsvolle uitvoering van projecten.

Takenpakket:

  • Dagelijks coördineren en opvolgen van HVAC en sanitaire werven.
  • Aansturen en begeleiden van eigen medewerkers en onderaannemers op de werf.
  • Actief meewerken aan installatiewerken en het goede voorbeeld geven aan je ploeg.
  • Bewaken van de planning, technische uitvoering en vooruitgang in overleg met de projectleider.
  • Toezien op een veilige werkomgeving en correcte toepassing van procedures.
  • Controleren van de kwaliteit van uitgevoerde werken en bijsturen waar nodig.
  • Tijdig doorgeven van materiaalbehoeften en meewerken aan een efficiënte organisatie.
  • Proactief meedenken en oplossingen aanreiken bij technische of praktische uitdagingen.
  • Je beschikt over relevante ervaring binnen HVAC en sanitair.
  • Je combineert technische kennis met leidinggevende vaardigheden.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, neemt initiatief en bent stipt in je aanpak.
  • Je weet je ploeg te motiveren, organiseren en ondersteunen.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en werkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid op en voelt je comfortabel als aanspreekpunt op de werf.
  • Je functioneert vlot binnen een team, maar kan ook zelfstandig beslissingen nemen.
