Ben jij een ervaren HVAC-technieker die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en collega's mee op sleeptouw neemt? Wil je werken aan duurzame installaties, dicht bij huis én binnen een team waar samenwerken centraal staat? Dan is deze functie als Ploegbaas HVAC misschien precies wat je zoekt.

In deze rol combineer je technische expertise met coördinatie op de werf. Je zorgt ervoor dat projecten vlot verlopen, ondersteunt je collega's waar nodig en bewaakt de kwaliteit van de uitvoering.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Coördineren van HVAC-projecten bij particulieren en professionele klanten
  • Installeren van warmtepompen, airconditioning, ventilatie- en sanitaire systemen
  • Aansturen en begeleiden van collega's op de werf
  • Plannen van de werkzaamheden en bewaken van de voortgang
  • Oplossen van technische uitdagingen tijdens de uitvoering
  • Toezien op kwaliteit, veiligheid en een correcte afwerking
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor klanten en projectleiding
  • Mee nadenken over efficiëntere werkwijzen en technische verbeteringen
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen HVAC-installaties
  • Je beschikt over technische kennis van verwarming, ventilatie, airconditioning en/of warmtepompen
  • Je neemt van nature initiatief en verantwoordelijkheid
  • Ervaring als ploegbaas is een troef, maar geen vereiste
  • Je kan collega's coachen en motiveren
  • Je werkt georganiseerd en behoudt het overzicht
  • Je bent klantgericht en communicatief sterk
  • Je bent leergierig en staat open voor nieuwe technieken
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B
