Een innovatieve Europese marktleider in beton-prefab in de Kempen, gespecialiseerd in Belgische industriële projecten, van betonherstellingen en renovaties tot hoogwaardige vloerafwerkingen zoekt versterking in de vorm van een Ploegbaas Dakwerken. Geef jij richting aan uitdagende dakprojecten en stuur je met trots jouw team aan op werven door heel het land? Combineer jouw ervaring op het dak met echt leiderschap en groei mee in een toonaangevend bedrijf waar kwaliteit en veiligheid vooropstaan!

Ben jij de stuwende kracht die overzicht bewaart, je team motiveert en alleen genoegen neemt met echt vakwerk? Een innovatieve Europese marktleider in beton-prefab in de Kempen versterkt het team met een Ploegbaas Dakwerken voor veelzijdige industriële totaalprojecten door heel België, met de focus op hoogwaardige renovaties van platte daken. Voor jouw inzet reken je op een aantrekkelijke verloning: een uurloon vanaf € 19,52, aangevuld met maaltijdcheques €6 per gewerkte dag.

Wat ga je doen als Ploegbaas Dakwerken:

  • Dagelijkse aansturing en coaching van een hechte ploeg van 2 à 3 gedreven vakmensen op de werf.
  • Inrichten van de werf voor een vliegende start, overzichtelijk, veilig en op maat van de klant.
  • Bewaren van het overzicht over de complete dakrenovatie, van voorbereiding tot de finale afwerking.
  • Waarborgen van de veiligheid op de werf, inclusief de correcte installatie van valbeveiliging.
  • Grondig renoveren van industriële platte daken met Resitrix, EPDM, Roofing en PVC.
  • Vakkundig aanbrengen van thermische isolatie en het nauwkeurig opleveren van randafwerkingen.
  • Enkele jaren ervaring op industriële platte daken, waarbij ervaring in een leidinggevende rol een groot pluspunt is.
  • Scherp oog voor veiligheid op het dak, ondersteund door een geldig VCA-attest voor jezelf en je team.
  • Vlot mobiel met een rijbewijs B (of BE) en eigen vervoer om naar de werven te reizen.
  • Je houdt van een actieve job met flexibele werktijden en kijkt niet op een uurtje meer op drukke dagen.
  • Gedreven en resultaatgericht, met de motivatie om samen met het team elk project te doen slagen.
