Als ploegbaas ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen planning en uitvoering, iemand die overzicht houdt, inspireert en meewerkt waar nodig. Je voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar teamwork, vakmanschap en veiligheid hand in hand gaan. Met jouw technische inzicht zie je meteen hoe projecten in elkaar steken en stuur je het team soepel naar een strak resultaat. Jij bent degene die ervoor zorgt dat alles op tijd, correct en veilig wordt afgewerkt, met oog voor kwaliteit en efficiëntie. Dit is een rol voor een hands-on leider die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt, het overzicht bewaart en samen met zijn team trotse, zichtbare resultaten neerzet.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Aansturen en motiveren van monteurs op de werf.
  • Coördineren van montage- en bouwactiviteiten van start tot oplevering.
  • Meewerken aan de uitvoering van metaal- en betonconstructies.
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit, planning en veiligheid op de werf.
  • Rapporteren van voortgang en problemen aan de projectleiding.
  • Je hebt ervaring in een vergelijkbare leidinggevende rol op de werf.
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en kunt tekeningen en montagevoorschriften lezen en toepassen.
  • Je beschikt over een geldig rijbewijs B.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en kan je verstaanbaar maken in het Frans.
  • Je hebt geen angst voor fysiek werk of werken op hoogte.
  • Een mentoropleiding of ervaring met het begeleiden van teams is een pluspunt.
