Ben jij klaar voor een uitdagende functie waarin je jouw technische expertise kunt combineren met leidinggevende taken? In de rol van Meewerkend Ploegbaas in de regio Limburg krijg je de kans om niet alleen de leiding te nemen, maar ook actief bij te dragen aan de uitvoering van onze koeltechnische projecten. Durf jij deze uitdaging aan te gaan? Beantwoord dan de volgende vragen:

  • Heb je ervaring met het aansturen van een team?
  • Ben je in staat om technische problemen snel te analyseren en op te lossen?
  • Voel je je net zo thuis in een leidinggevende rol als bij het uitvoeren van technische werkzaamheden?

Als je deze vragen met 'ja' kunt beantwoorden, dan ben jij de ideale kandidaat voor ons team! In deze veelzijdige rol krijg je de mogelijkheid om:

  • Een gemotiveerd team van monteurs en technici aan te sturen en te begeleiden.
  • De dagelijkse werkzaamheden op de werf efficiënt te plannen en te organiseren.
  • Toezicht te houden op de uitvoering van koeltechnische installaties en onderhoudswerkzaamheden.
  • De naleving van veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen te waarborgen.
  • Optimaal te communiceren met klanten en andere stakeholders.
  • Technische uitdagingen op de werf effectief aan te pakken.

Jij bent de ideale kandidaat als je voldoet aan de volgende criteria:

  • Je hebt een diploma in koeltechniek of een gelijkwaardige opleiding.
  • Je beschikt over minimaal 2 jaar relevante ervaring in een leidinggevende rol binnen de koeltechniek.
  • Je bent communicatief vaardig en kunt goed samenwerken binnen een team.
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en bent oplossingsgericht.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
