Als onze nieuwe teamleider lassen ben jij de cruciale schakel tussen de werkvloer en de projectleiding. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de werkzaamheden veilig en efficiënt verlopen, waarbij je een inspirerend voorbeeld bent voor jouw team en een betrouwbaar aanspreekpunt voor de projectleiding.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je geeft leiding aan een team van lassers en monteurs, waarbij je hen motiveert om uitmuntend werk te leveren.
  • Je bent actief betrokken bij laswerkzaamheden (TIG, halfautomaat en elektrode) en deelt jouw waardevolle kennis met het team.
  • Je verdeelt taken en stelt een dagelijkse planning op om de voortgang en deadlines te waarborgen.
  • Je past technische tekeningen aan in AutoCAD, waar nodig, om de kwaliteit van het werk te verbeteren.
  • Je controleert de kwaliteit van de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en waarborgt de naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Je leest en interpreteert technische plannen en werkinstructies, en zoekt samen met het team naar oplossingen voor technische uitdagingen.
  • Je onderhoudt een open communicatielijn met de projectleiding en andere afdelingen, om samenwerking te optimaliseren.

Wij zoeken een kandidaat die voldoet aan de volgende vereisten:

  • Je hebt ervaring als ploegleider of ruime ervaring als lasser en bent klaar voor een nieuwe uitdaging.
  • Je hebt een diepgaande kennis van TIG-, halfautomaat- en elektrode-lassen.
  • Je bent in staat om technische plannen te lezen en hebt een sterk technisch inzicht.
  • Ervaring met AutoCAD is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler met een hands-on mentaliteit en hebt het vermogen om collega's te motiveren.
  • Je brengt structuur op de werkvloer en zorgt voor een positieve en productieve werksfeer.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en het Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
