⚙️ Jouw takenpakket

  • Team aansturen: Je leidt en motiveert jouw team van techniekers in de 2 ploegen. Je verdeelt de taken en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt op de werkvloer. 👥
  • Mechanische revisie & herstel: Samen met je team reviseer en herstel je inbouwstukken van walsenwerktuigen (zoals lagerblokken en versleten onderdelen). Polijsten, herstellen of volledig reviseren? Jullie fixen het!
  • Planning & Organisatie: Je werkt vlot op basis van werkorders, stelt de juiste prioriteiten en bewaart altijd het overzicht.
  • Kwaliteit & Administratie: Je zorgt voor een nauwkeurige registratie en documentatie van alle uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en waakt over de veiligheid. 📝

👤 Jouw profiel

  • Ervaring: Je hebt een stevige brok ervaring in de mechanische revisie of herstellingen op zak én bent klaar voor (of hebt al ervaring met) een leidinggevende rol.
  • Talen: Je spreekt en begrijpt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels, wat essentieel is voor de communicatie met je team en het begrijpen van de werkorders.
  • Skills: Je kan perfect zelfstandig werken, bent communicatief sterk en administratief nauwkeurig ingesteld.
  • Flexibiliteit: Werken in een 2-ploegenstelsel is voor jou de ideale match. 🕒
