Ben jij een ervaren ploegbaas in de metaalconstructie en werk je graag op industriële werven? In deze functie stuur je een team van monteurs en lassers aan bij een grote industriële site in de Gentse Zeehaven. Je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid op de werkvloer en werkt mee aan de veilige en correcte uitvoering van metaalconstructies. Solliciteer als je graag techniek combineert met leidinggeven.

Wij vragen

  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in metaalconstructie.
  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als leidinggevende.
  • Goede kennis van elektrodelassen.
  • Je leest en begrijpt technische plannen vlot.
  • Je spreekt zeer goed Nederlands en goed Engels.
  • Rijbewijs B.
  • VCA-VOL, attest aanslaan en uitwijzen van lasten, hoogwerker- en verreikerattest of bereidheid om deze te behalen.

Onze klant is gespecialiseerd in het ontwerpen, produceren en plaatsen van metaalconstructies voor industriële projecten. De organisatie zet sterk in op kwaliteit, vakmanschap en een veilige uitvoering van de werken. Je komt terecht in een KMO-omgeving waar samenwerking en technische expertise centraal staan. De werkzaamheden vinden plaats in de regio Gentse Zeehaven.
