Ben jij een ervaren metser die niet alleen zijn vak kent, maar ook een ploeg kan aansturen?

Werk je graag mee op de werf, hou je het overzicht en zorg je ervoor dat alles vooruitgaat zoals gepland?

Voor een familiale en groeiende bouwonderneming zijn we op zoek naar een Ploegbaas Metselwerken die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en trots is op het resultaat van zijn ploeg.

🔨 Wat ga je doen?

Als ploegbaas ben jij het aanspreekpunt op de werf. Je stuurt je ploeg aan, werkt zelf mee en zorgt ervoor dat de metselwerken kwalitatief en volgens planning worden uitgevoerd.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Aansturen en begeleiden van je eigen ploeg metsers
  • Zelf actief meewerken aan de metselwerken
  • Uitvoeren van metselwerken bij nieuwbouw- en renovatieprojecten
  • Metsen van snelbouw, gevelsteen en verschillende constructies
  • Plaatsen van funderingen, muren en draagconstructies
  • Plaatsen van prefabelementen
  • Plannen lezen en interpreteren
  • Profielen uitzetten en correct plaatsen
  • Controleren van maten, waterpas en uitlijning
  • Organiseren en voorbereiden van de werkzaamheden op de werf
  • Zorgen dat materialen tijdig beschikbaar zijn
  • Toezien op een veilige, ordelijke en kwalitatieve werkwijze
  • Problemen op de werf tijdig signaleren en oplossen waar mogelijk

Kort gezegd: jij zorgt ervoor dat je ploeg weet wat er moet gebeuren én dat het werk goed wordt uitgevoerd.

Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand met ervaring die van aanpakken weet.

  • Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring als metser
  • Je kent alle soorten verbanden en kan ook facades metsen
  • Ervaring als ploegbaas of leidinggevende is een sterke plus
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en durft verantwoordelijkheid nemen
  • Je kan een ploeg motiveren en aansturen
  • Je kan bouwplannen lezen en interpreteren
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit
  • Je bent communicatief en weet hoe je collega's op een correcte manier aanstuurt
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer
  • Je hebt een geldig VCA-attest of bent bereid dit te behalen
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B
  • Rijbewijs BE is mooi meegenomen
