Ze realiseren uiteenlopende bouwprojecten: van nieuwbouw van woningen, appartementen en kantoren, tot renovaties en afwerkingen van bestaande gebouwen . Hun werk omvat zowel residentiële als commerciële projecten, waarbij ze het bouwproces professioneel coördineren en met vakmanschap naar een kwalitatieve oplevering toewerken . Dankzij jarenlange ervaring en een team van gespecialiseerde vakmensen kunnen ze verschillende bouwmethodes en -uitdagingen aan, altijd met focus op kwaliteit, flexibiliteit en een persoonlijke aanpak .

Jobomschrijving

Je leidt een team van 4-6 vakmannen en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen efficiënt en veilig kan werken .

Je coördineert de werkzaamheden op de werf, leest plannen , controleert de kwaliteit van het werk en beheert het materiaal .

Daarnaast ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor het team en zorg je voor een vlotte communicatie met projectleiders en klanten .

Geen dag is hetzelfde: je combineert leidinggeven, plannen en praktisch meewerken aan diverse bouwprojecten .

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Zij zoeken een proactieve en motiverende ploegbaas die een team van 4 tot 6 vakmannen kan aansturen en zelf actief mee de handen uit de mouwen steekt . Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding, coördinatie en controle van de werkzaamheden op de werf, inclusief materiaalbeheer, planning en veiligheid . Daarnaast rapporteer je aan de projectleider en werk je nauw samen om projecten efficiënt en kwalitatief af te werken .
