Onze klant is een sterk groeiend bouwbedrijf dat gespecialiseerd is in renovatie en restauratie van waardevolle en historische gebouwen. Ze werken aan monumenten, kunstwerken en andere unieke constructies. Bij hen staat vakmanschap, veiligheid en kwaliteit centraal.

Jobomschrijving

Als ploegbaas metser/ruwbouw ben jij het aanspreekpunt op de werf en neem je een actieve rol op in het werk zelf.

Je taken zijn:

  • uitvoeren van ruwbouwwerk, zoals metselwerk en betonwerken
  • restaureren en herstellen van historische gebouwen en monumenten
  • begeleiden en aansturen van je team op de werf
  • waken over de veiligheid en het correct toepassen van de veiligheidsnormen
  • meewerken aan kwaliteitsvolle resultaten en correcte afwerking
  • jouw vakkennis inzetten om projecten vlot en efficiënt te laten verlopen

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

De ploegbaas ruwbouwarbeider die wij zoeken is het gewend om een ploeg aan te sturen, maar wil ook nog 100% meewerken!

Je herkent je in onderstaand profiel:

  • je hebt ervaring als ploegbaas of toont leiderschapscapaciteit
  • je hebt ervaring als metser of arbeider ruwbouw
  • je hebt een brede ervaring met verschillende bouwtechnieken, waaronder metselwerk, bekisting, ijzervlechten, betonneren en voegen
  • je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in renovatie of restauratie
  • je kan plannen lezen en zelfstandig werken
  • je hebt een goede kennis van veiligheidsvoorschriften
  • je kan vlot communiceren in het Nederlands en hebt een rijbewijs B
