Jobomschrijving

Als Ploegbaas Metser sta je in voor het coördineren en uitvoeren van metselwerken met oog voor kwaliteit en planning:

  • Jij voert metselwerken uit met oog voor kwaliteit en detail, zoals bijvoorbeeld het plaatsen van bakstenen, snel bouwstenen en betonblokken voor woningen en andere gebouwen.
  • Jij werkt met verschillende materialen en technieken, zoals bijvoorbeeld mortel (cement, zand en water), verlijmen, traditioneel metselen en het verwerken van isolatie en wapening.
  • Jij zorgt ervoor dat muren stevig, correct en mooi afgewerkt zijn, inclusief het verzorgen van nette voegen.
  • Je geeft leiding aan een team metsers en stuurt ze aan waar nodig
  • Je gaat metselwerk op de werf moeten plannen, organiseren en opvolgen
  • Je geeft feedback en voert kwaliteitscontrole uit
  • Je werkt samen met projectleiders om deadlines te halen
  • Je zorgt voor een veilige en nette werkplek

  • Ervaring heeft als metser én leidinggevende ervaring is een plus
  • Praktisch ingesteld en oplossingsgericht is
  • Goed kan plannen én communiceren
  • Bekend is met veiligheidsregels op de bouwplaats
  • Rijbewijs B
