Ben jij een ervaren metser met een passie voor metselwerken? Heb je het talent om een team aan te sturen en wil je werken in een bedrijf met een geweldige werksfeer en projecten in de buurt? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou!

Voor onze klant in Scherpenheuvel, een klein familiebedrijf waar de zaakvoerder zelf ook actief meewerkt op de werven, zoeken wij een gedreven ploegbaas metselwerken.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Het metselen van gevels, snelbouw en verlijmen van stenen.
  • Het aansturen en begeleiden van jouw ploeg met het doel om efficiënt en veilig te werken.
  • Het nemen van verantwoordelijkheid voor het gehele project, waarbij je ook openstaat voor een uitgebreid takenpakket.
  • Het lezen en interpreteren van bouwplannen om zo nauwkeurig mogelijk te werk te gaan.
  • Bij voorkeur werken met een bouwkraan indien je hier ervaring mee hebt.

Profiel

Wie ben jij?

  • Ervaring in de ruwbouwsector en metselwerken, inclusief gevel- en snelbouw.
  • Bereid is om multi-inzetbaar te zijn en een gevarieerd takenpakket op zich te nemen.
  • Ervaring heeft met het aansturen van mensen of de ambitie heeft om een team te leiden.
  • Vlot kan omgaan met bouwplannen en nauwkeurig werkt.
  • Het is een pluspunt als je over ervaring met een bouwkraan beschikt.
