Als Ploegbaas Metsers zorg jij ervoor dat elke steen op de juiste plek ligt en elk project tot in de puntjes wordt afgewerkt. Neem de leiding en bouw mee aan de toekomst!

Nieuwbouw, verbouwing of renovatie, alles onder 1 dak te vinden bij ons! Als bouwonderneming nemen wij graag alle projecten aan van A tot Z. Daar hoort natuurlijk een sterke ploeg achter die dag in, dag uit alles op alles zet om de projecten tot in de puntjes af te werken.

Om dit team aan te sturen zoeken wij een ploegbaas, volgende taken kan je dus verwachten:

  • Aansturen en motiveren van een team metsers en helpers.
  • Toezien op een correcte uitvoering van de werkzaamheden volgens de plannen en afspraken.
  • Organiseren en opvolgen van de dagelijkse planning.
  • Zorgen voor een efficiënte werkverdeling binnen het team.
  • Controleren van de kwaliteit en nauwkeurigheid van het metselwerk.
  • Signaleren en oplossen van problemen op de werf.
  • Overleggen met de werfleider, architect of andere betrokken partijen.
  • Rapporteren van de voortgang en eventuele problemen.
  • Bestellen en opvolgen van materialen in samenspraak met de werfleiding.
  • Zorgen voor een nette en veilige werkomgeving.
  • Toezien op de naleving van veiligheidsregels.
  • Zorgen dat het team werkt volgens de voorgeschreven procedures.

Als Ploegbaas Metsers ben je de spilfiguur tussen je team en de werfleiding, met een focus op kwaliteit, efficiëntie en teamwork.
