Als meewerkend Ploegbaas Montage ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse organisatie en opvolging van diverse montageprojecten. Je combineert praktische uitvoering met coördinatie, en zorgt ervoor dat alles vlot, veilig en volgens planning verloopt. Je staat dicht bij je team, motiveert, ondersteunt en stuurt bij waar nodig.

  • Zorgen voor een veilige werkomgeving en kwalitatieve uitvoering van de werkzaamheden
  • Aansturen en begeleiden van je team op de werkvloer
  • Technische plannen interpreteren en efficiënt vertalen naar de praktijk
  • De juiste inzet van mensen en middelen plannen en organiseren
  • Ingrijpen bij onvoorziene situaties en samenwerken met de projectverantwoordelijke om oplossingen te vinden
  • Beoordelen van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden met oog op klanttevredenheid
  • Invullen van administratieve documenten zoals onderhoudsrapporten en materiaalregistratie
  • Evalueren van de werf na afloop en feedback verzamelen
  • In het bezit van rijbewijs B; bereid om BE te behalen
  • Ervaring in een technische of leidinggevende functie is een sterke troef
  • Kennis van veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen
  • Bij voorkeur beschik je over of wil je snel behalen: VCA-certificaat + attest voor heftruck en/of hoogwerker
  • Je hebt een proactieve en oplossingsgerichte houding
  • Sterke communicatieve en leidinggevende vaardigheden
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels; Frans is een extra plus
  • Bereid om occasioneel op locatie te overnachten indien nodig
