Het bedrijf telt ongeveer 500 medewerkers en focust zich op de volledige verwerkingsketen van aardappelen en groenten: van grondbewerking tot het transport van oogst.

De productievestiging nabij Kortrijk beschikt over moderne infrastructuur, waar teams van techniekers, planners en productiemedewerkers nauw samenwerken om kwalitatieve landbouwmachines tijdig af te leveren.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Jij zorgt voor de dagelijkse aansturing van de teams in de buizencel en hydraulische voormontage
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt op de vloer en werkt actief mee aan het behalen van de planning
  • Je organiseert de productie-activiteiten, wijst taken toe en volgt deze op
  • Je bewaakt de doorstroming in het proces zodat machines tijdig kunnen worden afgewerkt
  • Grondstoffenbeheer en het coördineren van uitbestedingen behoren ook tot jouw verantwoordelijkheid
  • Je houdt toezicht op montagevolgorde, tekorten en defecten en stemt dagelijks af met de Group Leader
  • Veranderingen en nieuwe releases volg je nauwgezet op en je evalueert hun impact op de werking
  • Tijdens je werk voer je een stapsgewijze kwaliteitscontrole uit en geef je verbetervoorstellen door
  • Je leidt het team richting maximale productiviteit en betrekt iedereen in het verbeteren van het eindresultaat
  • Je beschikt over een technisch diploma (mechanica, elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring)
  • Minstens 3 jaar ervaring in montage of productie, bij voorkeur met leidinggevende verantwoordelijkheid
  • Goede kennis van hydraulische systemen en ervaring met technische tekeningen lezen
