Jobomschrijving

Heb jij ervaring in de montage van staalconstructies en ben je klaar voor een leidinggevende uitdaging? Wij zoeken een gemotiveerde en ervaren Ploegbaas Montage die de dagelijkse leiding op onze werven op zich neemt. Je coördineert een team monteurs en zorgt ervoor dat onze complexe staalconstructies veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning worden gemonteerd.

Taken: - Je geeft leiding aan en motiveert het team monteurs op de werf. - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de taakverdeling en bewaakt de voortgang van de werkzaamheden. - Je houdt toezicht op de kwaliteit, veiligheid en efficiëntie van de montage. - Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor de werfleider en werkt nauw met hem/haar samen. - Je zorgt ervoor dat materiaal en materieel tijdig en correct worden ingezet. - Waar nodig pak je zelf ook actief mee aan bij de montage.

- Je hebt bewezen ervaring in de montage van staalconstructies, bij voorkeur in een leidinggevende functie. - Je kunt technische plannen lezen en correct interpreteren. - Je beschikt over een VCA-attest of bent bereid dit te behalen. - Met een hands-on mentaliteit neem je graag initiatief en werk je gestructureerd, ook onder druk. - Een rijbewijs B is vereist; rijbewijs BE is een pluspunt.
