Als Ploegbaas Montage ben jij de drijvende kracht achter een vlot en veilig verloop van onze montageprojecten. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten:

  • Aansturen van montageploegen bij de plaatsing van maatwerk metaalconstructies (trappen, productielijnen, veiligheidsvlakken, bordessen).
  • Voorbereiden van de werf, inclusief materiaalorganisatie, taakverdeling en planning in overleg met de projectopvolger/-manager.
  • Coördineren van de werfopstart, opvolging en kwalitatieve eindoplevering.
  • Bewaken van veiligheid (VCA), kwaliteit en deadlines tijdens alle werkzaamheden.
  • Lezen en interpreteren van technische plannen en uitvoeren van nauwkeurige metingen.
  • Begeleiden van hijs- en montagebewegingen en controleren van de afwerking.
  • Hoofdaanspreekpunt voor de klant en onderhouden van duidelijke communicatie.
  • Uitvoeren van administratieve taken, zoals dagrapporten, werffoto’s en as‑built documentatie.
  • Oplossingsgericht optreden, bijsturen waar nodig en zorgen dat je team efficiënt en veilig kan werken.

We zoeken een gedreven leider met technische kennis en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.

  • Technisch diploma (A2) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring in mechanica/metaal.
  • Ervaring in plannen lezen, maatvoering, montagetechnieken en boren/ankeren.
  • Basiskennis lassen is een pluspunt.
  • Ervaring met hijsmiddelen, hoogtewerker en/of heftruck (attesten of bereid deze te behalen).
  • Sterk organisatorisch vermogen en een nauwkeurige, ordelijke werkhouding.
  • Heldere communicatie met team, klant en projectleiding.
  • Flexibel binnen dagregime en bereid tot verplaatsingen in de regio.
  • Rijbewijs B verplicht; VCA-attest aanwezig of te behalen op korte termijn.
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands; andere talen zijn een extra troef.
