Voor een bedrijf actief in technisch outsourcing, zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren Ploegbaas Montage.

Jouw taken als Meewerkend Teamleader:

  • Je coördineert het werk van een team monteurs on site.
  • Je zorgt voor een goede teamdynamiek en individuele taakverdeling
  • Je coördineert activiteiten met andere afdelingen voor een vlotte voortgang van het project.
  • Je communiceert de dagplanning helder naar het team, inclusief uitleg over specifieke taken en doelen.
  • Je speelt flexibel in op veranderingen in de planning en het team hier adequaat van op de hoogte stellen.
  • Je volgt actief het werk van het team op en voert regelmatig eindcontroles uit.
  • Je controleert zorgvuldig op kwaliteit en naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de werkzaamheden binnen de geplande termijn worden uitgevoerd.
  • Je houdt regelmatig veiligheidsbesprekingen en pakt eventuele zorgen of problemen direct aan.
  • Je neemt actief deel aan montage activiteiten om het team te ondersteunen en inzicht te krijgen in operationele uitdagingen.
  • Je spreekt, leest en begrijpt heel goed Nederlands.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een technische diploma en hebt reeds enkele jaren ervaring als Monteur.
  • Je hebt zowel elektrische als mechanische kennis.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een VCA attest of bereid om dit te behalen.
  • Je bent veiligheidsbewust en organisatorisch sterk.
