Voor onze klant een verdeler van Reynaers Aluminium zijn we op zoek naar een PLOEGBAAS plaatser ramen & deuren.

Wij leggen dagelijks de focus op topkwaliteit, service en design.

Om ons team te versterken zijn we op zoek naar een stielmannen die met hun handen het verschil willen maken.

In ruil voor jouw unieke troeven bieden wij voldoende opleiding en begeleiding om de beste in je vak te worden!

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Dankzij jouw nauwkeurige afwerking en oog voor kwaliteit zorg je voor tevreden klanten.
  • Monteren en plaatsen van aluminium ramen en deuren
  • Je organiseert de werkpost volgens het besteldossier of de interventiefiche (uitrusting, materialen, …)
  • Je demonteert het bestaande schrijnwerk en controleert de staat van de constructie.
  • Je plaatst en zet schrijnwerkelementen vast met haken, geleiders en hoekijzers - precies zoals een puzzel in elkaar zetten
  • Je zorgt dat alles waterdicht wordt door polyurethaanschuim, dichtingen en kleefbanden te plaatsen
  • Je plaatst glaswerk op dragers en zet dit vast met glaslatten en dichtingen - voorzichtig met die vingers!
  • Je organiseert je werkpost volgens het besteldossier - planning is het halve werk
  • Je demonteert bestaand schrijnwerk en controleert de staat van raamkozijnen en deuropeningen
  • Opmetingen uitvoeren op de werf en orders opmaken voor de productie
  • Je werkpost organiseren volgens besteldossiers - planning is de halve winst!
  • Bestaand schrijnwerk demonteren en de staat van constructies controleren
  • Pilaren en stangen assembleren en vastmaken aan het metselwerk
  • Schrijnwerkelementen plaatsen en vastzetten met haken en geleiders
  • Glaswerk op dragers plaatsen en vastzetten met glaslatten en dichtingen
  • Het geheel waterdicht maken met polyurethaanschuim en kleefbanden
  • De werking van bewegende onderdelen en isolatie controleren - kwaliteit staat voorop!
  • Secundair onderwijs afgerond - je hebt de basis op orde
  • Je kan je perfect uitdrukken in het Nederlands
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B + BE, Of je bent bereid dit te behalen.
  • Ervaring met het aansturen van een ploeg op de werf
  • Het plaatsen van schrijnwerkelementen en bevestigingen is voor jou kinderspel
  • Kennis van glaswerk plaatsen en vastzetten - precisie is jouw tweede natuur!
  • Je kan opmetingen uitvoeren en orders opmaken
  • Ervaring met waterdicht maken van constructies
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en een ploeg aansturen
