Als ploegbaas riolering bij Van Gorp Frans ben je de spilfiguur op de werf als het gaat om rioleringsprojecten. Je stuurt je team aan en zorgt voor een vlekkeloze uitvoering van de werken. Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten:

  • Het leidinggeven aan een team van handarbeiders bij rioleringswerken.
  • Het vakkundig leggen van riolering, voornamelijk in de wegenis, inclusief werken in besloten ruimtes.
  • Het correct plaatsen van betonbuizen en betonnen putten.
  • Het interpreteren van plannen en zorgen voor een nauwkeurige uitvoering conform de specificaties.
  • Toezien op de veiligheid op de werf en het naleven van de veiligheidsprocedures.
  • De planning en organisatie van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden.
  • Het coördineren met de projectleider en andere betrokken partijen.

Beschik je over een rijbewijs C of CE? Dan kun je ook actief bijdragen aan het transport van materialen en machines naar en van de werf, wat een extra troef is in deze leidinggevende functie!

  • Je bent in het bezit van een geldig rijbewijs B.
  • Beschik je over een rijbewijs C of CE? Dit is een zeer grote troef!
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring als ploegbaas in rioleringswerken of een vergelijkbare functie binnen de grond-, weg- en waterbouw.
  • Je bent een natuurlijke leider die een team kan motiveren en aansturen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, resultaatgericht en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en kan duidelijke instructies geven.
  • Je hebt kennis van de geldende veiligheidsnormen en -procedures, zeker bij werken in besloten ruimtes.
  • Je bent in staat om zelfstandig problemen op te lossen op de werf.
