De werkgever voor deze vacature als ploegbaas ruwbouw regio Tienen is een familiebedrijf dat sinds de jaren '70 actief is in ruwbouw, renovaties en vernieuwbouw. Het team is klein en werkt met een vaste kern van collega’s die elkaar goed kennen en elkaar ondersteunen op de werf. Klanten waarderen de aannemer om het oog voor detail en de persoonlijke aanpak. Er wordt gewerkt met moderne tools en methodes, met respect, hard werk en zorg voor elkaar als vaste waarden.

Jobomschrijving

Voor deze vacature als ploegbaas ruwbouw regio Tienen zoeken we iemand die zelf nog graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt, voldoening haalt uit zichtbaar resultaat en samen met de ploeg mee bouwt aan woningen en gebouwen die jarenlang blijven staan.

  • Je stuurt dagelijks een vast team ruwbouwarbeiders aan op verschillende ruwbouw-, renovatie- en vernieuwbouwprojecten.
  • Je werkt zelf ook nog actief mee op de verschillende werven.
  • Je pikt 's ochtends teamleden op die in de buurt wonen.
  • Je voert metselwerken uit aan binnenmuren en gevels, inclusief het plaatsen van Ytong en het uitlijnen met PLS zodat alles perfect waterpas staat.
  • Je helpt bij betonwerken zoals bekisting, welfsels en predallen plaatsen, beton gieten en beton trillen.
  • Je doet afbraak- en grondwerken, zoals funderingen uitbreken en werken aan riolering.
  • Je timmert platte en hellende daken in hout en helpt mee met de afdichting van platte daken.
  • Je ondersteunt jouw team waar nodig met algemene ruwbouwtaken en zorgt mee dat de planning op de werf gevolgd wordt.
  • Je werkt van maandag tot donderdag van 7.00 tot 16.00 uur en op vrijdag tot 15.30 uur.
  • Je staat dagelijks in nauw contact met de zaakvoerder.
  • Je pakt problemen waar nodig kordaat aan, met kalmte en open communicatie.

  • Je hebt heel wat aantoonbare ervaring in de bouwsector.
  • Je kan zelfstandig ruwbouwwerken uitvoeren.
  • Je hebt al (een eerste) ervaring als ploegbaas of je wil net je eerste stappen zetten naar een leidinggevende functie.
  • Je wil zelf nog wat fysiek werk uitvoeren.
  • Je werkt punctueel en bent flexibel in je werkorganisatie.
  • Je komt voorbereid naar de werf: je brengt je eigen lunch mee en bent telkens op tijd.
  • Je werkt proper en laat de werf netjes achter.
  • Je geeft zelf nog het goede voorbeeld door mee te werken op de werf
  • Je bent technisch onderlegd: plannen lezen en interpreteren is voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
  • Je hecht belang aan nauwkeurig werken en een strakke planning.
  • Je bent stipt en betrouwbaar, een echte rots in de branding.
